Synthesizing user journeys

UX writing isn't always about shaving language down to a single pithy line.

MyBMW tasked me with turning their thorny in-app user journey into a digestible introductory slideshow at the front end of the app. Average user rating increased by 14%. 

Clarity above all

Having worked in art and strategic roles, I understand the imortance of clarity in purpose and design.

In this case, Xfinity came to me because customers were confused by xFi's array of features. 
I did the research and writing for the following "WiFicons," which were integrated into margins and loading screens on the Xfinity website and Xfinity app.

I applied the same design to illustrate the effect of xFi Pods, which enable consistent WiFi in typically troublesome parts of the home.
